Memories of War-time Perth

As a very young child, Dorothy McLaughlin was taken to visit the Perth poet William Soutar at his home in Wilson Street, Perth. Here she remembers the visit, the family connection and we can see images of the Soutar House today.
Soutar's bookcases
Ron Kitchin talks about his connection to the family of the Perth poet William Soutar and about the bookcases originally made for the poet's bedroom. Inherited by Ron's father, Ron eventually donated these bookcases back to the Soutar House in Perth.
