Knee Deep in Claret: A Celebration of Wine and Scotland. Broadcaster and writer Billy Kay will be giving a lecture on this theme and explores the relationship between Scotland and claret the drink of the Auld Alliance and various wines of the world. The talk will include poetry, prose and song drawn from the Scots language, and a glass of wine from Majestic Wines. The talk runs from 5.15-6.30pm in Adam House 3, Chambers Street, Edinburgh.
