Robert Burns - Red Rose

That the Parliament congratulates the makers of Red Rose, the new film about Robert Burns; regrets however that the film failed to get funding from Scottish Screen; believes, nonetheless, that it deserves to be seen across Scotland; calls on the Scottish Executive to place Robert Burns at the heart of Scotland’s cultural heritage and tourist strategy, and urges all Scots to see this film and to understand the importance of Burns today.
