New Testament readings for weddings

wedding_shot If you’re having a religious wedding you can chose to have excerpts from the New Testament in Scots read aloud during the ceremony.

The following selection are among those used by both the Church of Scotland and the Catholic Church at weddings. You can use the recordings on this page or get a friend or relative to read from the book itself. The Lorimer New Testament is available from Canongate Books. Further Scots language resources for use in worship can be found at the Church of Scotland.
