The McCash Prize for Scots Poetry

The McCash Prize for Scots Poetry is the principal competition for poetry in the Scots language. Run jointly by the University of Glasgow www.arts.gla.ac.uk/sesll/scotl and The Herald www.theherald.co.uk, the McCash Prize is held in the autumn of each year, with £1500 shared among the prize winners. Poems in any form of Scots are considered. Winning entries are published in The Herald.
