Braken Fences

The teacher continues the poetry lesson. Isie and Minnie's brother will carry on with education in the town after finishing at the village school, but Minnie knows that she won't. Minnie begins to feel unwell and wonders if she has diarrhoea. She can't face eating lunch and so she goes outside to find Dandy and his ferrets.
